Monday:

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
24 inch Box Jump, 30 reps
115 pound Push Press, 20 reps (scaled to 95)
30 Pull-ups

2 rounds + all box jumps, push press, and 10 pullups

Tuesday:
100 overhead squats for time, 65#
