squat day

I've done this WOD before, only with 5 sets of 1 rep for each exercise:
3,3,3 overhead squat
3,3,3 front squat
3,3,3 back squat
increase weight over each set of 3 throughout the whole session.
65,88,99
135,145,155
185,195,205

  • how did your legs feel? I've been taking off the entire week and feeling really good. I haven't taken more than 2 days off since May ;( I have my judo match on saturday... look for some video's of me getting armbarred by some punk'x!!!
