I did a dumbbell bear complex today:
every minute on the minute complete the following
5 dumbbell deadlifts
5 dumbbell hang cleans
5 dumbbell thrusters
go for 20 minutes.
I started with Rx'd 45% BW (35# DB's). Did three rounds, dropped to 25# DB's. Dropped to 4 reps at the 11th minute.
